Additional Information

Obelisk-shaped Cylon freighters are seen in the vicinity of a basestar orbiting Cylon-occupied Caprica (Kobol's Last Gleaming, Part II). Their purpose is unknown, but based on their overall shape it may be concluded that they are transport vessels.

When Earth is found, several of these vessels join Colonial ships to land on the surface (Revelations).

Notes

• The general design of these ships appears to have been inspired by the Cylon fuel tanker seen in several episodes of the Original Series.
