The Viper Gunship is a two-seater variant of the Colonial Viper that is primarily designed to be a heavy gun platform.^[1]

The Ghost Squadron contains two Viper Gunships as part of their assets, one of them piloted by the husband and wife team of Lieutenants Myer Castall and Jorianne Landry (Battlestar Galactica: Ghosts 1).
