Samuel Anders is a former professional pyramid player, serving aboard the battlestar Galactica. He is also one of the Final Five.
Anders was one of the many denizens who settled on New Caprica after its discovery. He subsequently married Kara Thrace. As with other settlers, he was left behind by the remaining defense fleet when the Cylons arrived.
After Saul Tigh's capture, Anders and Galen Tyrol seek out Commander Flores and happen upon Twilight Command (Battlestar Galactica: Twilight Command 1).
