Calvin is a young boy who Gaius Baltar has an friendship with sometime prior to the Fall of the Twelve Colonies.
Background
Calvin is the neighbor's geek son whom worships Baltar, according to Caprica-Six before she reveals her arrangement of Julius Baltar's relocation to The Regency retirement community, where Julius is reportedly thriving.
As the Cult of Baltar packs up to leave Galactica, Baltar remembers a conversation with Calvin prior to the Fall, where he tells Calvin about the futility of centering one's life around satisfying appetites that can never truly be sated. Calvin then asks Baltar if there was anything he could do over, what would that be (TRS: "Daybreak").
Notes
- Calvin's scenes only appear in the un-aired, extended version of "Daybreak" made available via home video release. While the aired version of "Daybreak, Part I" implies that Caprica-Six trespassed into Baltar's home, the extended version shows Calvin as the one who let Caprica-Six into Baltar's residence, where both he and Caprica imbibe on ambrosia before Baltar arrives with his escort, Shona.
