The Aquaria City Extended Care Medical Center is a health care center in the city square of Aquaria City, Aquaria.

Prior to the Fall of the Twelve Colonies, Arvin Tyler's father, Arco, is hospitalized here due to his deteriorating medical condition. Arvin promises his father that he'll find him another doctor, but would fail to do so.

Helen, a nurse at the medical center, appraises Arvin of Arco's deterioration before Arvin and his cohort, Ronnie Dyson, steal a Colonial United Medical Supply Company van with valuable medical supplies that were being unloaded at this center (Battlestar Galactica: Ghosts 1).
