Amanda Tanner is part of the Tanner family.

Tanner is later killed by Sagittarons and is interred with other family members, such as Gilbert Tanner (Battlestar Galactica: Cylon War #2).

It is inferred that Tanner worked at Tanner Robogenics, and that Tanner had specialized knowledge relating to the creation of the militarized robots.
