South Caprican noodles is a culinary dish native to Caprica.

When traditionally made, they contain raw Bonoa egg, which introduces the Bonoa parasite into the blood stream of those who eat this food. It is from this that members of the The Fleet, including Laura Roslin and Billy Keikeya, are able to resist the effects of the Returner virus (Battlestar Galactica 4).
