Modeen is a member of Ghost Squadron and co-pilot on Goedken's Viper Gunship. During the Battle of Aquaria, Ryden, Goedken and he disobey Commander Burkett's (and Alexander Chen's) orders and engage the Cylon forces above Aquaria. This rash action results in their deaths (Battlestar Galactica: Ghosts 2).
