Port Centaura is a location on the planet Sagittaron that was active during the years prior to the Cylon War. It served as the site where Caprican trade mission was assaulted by the Sagittaron government with mobs burning Caprican cargo sent to the planet. This promoted a state of hostilities between Caprica and Sagittaron. (Battlestar Galactica: Cylon War 1)
