Sinon Quade is the architect and creator of the Jupiter-class battlestar as part of Project Jupiter during the First Cylon War (Battlestar Galactica Deadlock).
Prior to his participation in Colonial Fleet, he was part of Graystone Industries and assisted in the creation of the Cylons, inevitably playing both sides against the middle during the first years of the war.
