Admiral Marcus is a Colonial Fleet officer who oversees the final test of Gaius Baltar's Command Navigation Program on Colonial Heavy 691.

During the test, he is furious when the ships lose power after the FTL jump to the rendezvous point (Battlestar Galactica: Origins 4).
