Tamara Adama (or Adams) is the sister of William Adama and the eldest child of Joseph and Shannon Adama.
Tamara, together with her mother, dies in a suicide bombing. She is survived by her father, her brother, her paternal uncle Sam, and her maternal grandmother Ruth. Her father bonds with Daniel Graystone, a wealthy computer engineer whose daughter, Zoe, was killed in the same bombing. Joseph reluctantly agrees to help Daniel recreate robotic versions of their daughters by stealing technology from Tomas Vergis, a Tauron developer. Graystone uses Zoe's avatar-producing search engine program to create a digital version of Tamara in virtual reality, but Joseph finds that the Tamara avatar is confused and hysterical, unable to hear her heart beating because she has none. Joseph is appalled and repents of the whole thing as an abomination.
Notes
- Although a digital copy of Tamara is created, thus far it has not been downloaded into a robotic body like the avatar of Zoe Graystone, and so it is unclear whether or not it can be considered a true Cylon.
