During the [[Caprica-Sagittaron Conflict]], Jennings assigns [[Ben Tanner]] to lead a project that militarizes robotic servants in order to augment Caprican losses. This birthed the later conflict with the {{alt|Cylons|RDM}} ({{comics|cw|1}}).
His vessel is attacked by {{alt|Sagittaron}}s three months after the incident at [[Benedict Trade Station]], and is destroyed with all hands aboard. His death, as well as those of his crew, ignites the [[Caprica-Sagittaron Conflict]] ({{comics|cw|1}}).
 
In the weeks following the {{alt|Cimtar Peace Accords}}, Jennings orders ''{{alt|Galactica|RDM}}'' and a task force to hunt down and eliminate a rogue Cylon cell known as the [[Annihilators]] ({{comics|origins|5}}).
