Darius is an officer in the Caprican Armed Forces.

Serving with Commander Benjamin Tanner during the Caprica-Sagittaron Conflict, he participates in the training scenarios aboard Demetres Training Station to test the bots.

Later, Darius leads a strike team to repel the invading force of Sagittaron hijackers aboard Akins Transluminal Orbital Manufacturing Facility's starboard side. He is believed missing in action, as the starboard side of the facility is successfully commandeered by the Sagittaron forces, Jumping that half of the facility elsewhere (^{(Comics: Battlestar Galactica: Cylon War #2)}).
