Major Falk is an officer stationed on Mercury class battlestar Therion.

When the announcement to proceed to Aquaria is made and Ghost Squadron is ordered to pilots' room three, a member of said squadron makes the following comment: "And let's thank Major Falk for willing the Gods to frak us a little harder" (Battlestar Galactica: Ghosts 1).
