Greg Tanner is a civilian involved with the Tanner family's enterprises.

He celebrates the outbreak of the Caprica-Sagittaron Conflict with his brothers, Tim and Ben, the latter being the one he often razzes (^{(Comics: Battlestar Galactica: Cylon War #1)}).

While initially spoiling for the conflict with the Sagittarons, Tanner questions its merit following Tim's death (^{(Comics: Battlestar Galactica: Cylon War #2)}).
