After a last attempt to stop the Raiders' lobotomization, she orders two [[Centurion (RDM)|Centurions]] into the conference room and reports to the attendant Number One, [[Number Four]] and [[Number Five]] copies that her faction removed the [[telencephalic inhibitor]]s, which prevented the Centurions from using their higher cognitive functions, after explaining to the centurions what cavils faction have been doing. Natalie and two Number Eights meet with the resurrected Cavil to discuss the terms of ending the conflict. Cavil agrees to stop lobotomizing Raiders and to air Natalie's proposal to unbox the [[Number Three|Number Three]] line before his compatriots, when natalie orders a Centurion to escort cavil off the basestar, she seemed confused as to the reluctancy of the Centurion having to say "please" for it to escort cavil. Later, another meeting is made with two Cavils informing Natalie's faction that their terms have been agreed to, and the fleet will jump to the nearest server to learn what the resurrected Threes know about the Final Five, Natalie not wanting to further the conflict between the two rival faction agrees to jump  her faction to the nearest server on their own ships, to the agreement of cavil. Natalie's faction are the first to meet at the rendezvous point, cavil's faction jump in, seemingly with more basestar's than natalie's, Natalie is in the command and control room at a datafont with an eight, she explains that the [[Resurrection Ship|Resurrection Ship]] didn't make the jump and notices cavil's faction surrounding their ships, Natalie immediately know's it to be a trap and orders the eight to warn the other basestars to jump, she holds onto the side of a datafont as cavil's forces begin their slaughter on natalie's faction. ([[The Ties That Bind]]), in the aftermath of the battle Natalie's basestar is the only remaining ship of her faction. ("[[The Road Less Traveled]]", "[[Faith]]").

Later, Cavil informs Natalie's faction that their terms have been agreed to, and the fleet will jump to the nearest server to learn what the resurrected Threes know about the Final Five. This turns out to be a trap. The [[Resurrection Ship|Resurrection Ship]] does not jump to the rendezvous point, and Cavil's baseships open fire on Natalie's fleet, inflicting heavy damage ([[The Ties That Bind]]), with Natalie's basestar being the only surviving ship from this engagement, however the ship's [[FTL]] drive is damaged beyond repair ("[[The Road Less Traveled]]", "[[Faith]]").

When Conoy returns with [[Kara Thrace]], [[Sharon Agathon]], [[Samuel Anders]] and [[Jean Barolay]], Natalie is reluctant to take Thrace to the [[Hybrid]], it being the central nervous system of the ship but is swayed by kara thrace and conoy who explain killing them would only extend their eventual death from a lack of food, fuel, and ammo and  that an alliance with the human fleet is necessary. she agrees to the terms reluctantly, she is told by athena that they would have to take the hybrid off line to slave the raptors ftl to the basestar, she disagrees explaining that turning the hybrid off could kill her, kara thrace explains that their all dead anyway if cavil's forces return, Natalie agrees  and walks with kara to see the hybrid. Natalie and kara return to see anders pointing a gun towards a sister of hers, they explain that she killed barolay, when Natalie asks why she did it, the six explains that back on New Caprica she was killed by Barolay never having done anything to her, During a previous life Barolay watched the six drown after she pushed her into a septic tank, The six gained emotional trama from the experience of drowning, Natalie explains to the six that they tried to work threw it, the six explains that you can't just work threw that, knowing her fate, Natalie briefly kisses the six, stands behind Anders and pulls the trigger of the gun killing the six, "No Resurrection ship, you understand, she's just as dead as your friend."  Natalie explained to a disturbed anders, after which Natalie walks away with kara towards the hybrid."[[Faith]]"
When Conoy returns with [[Kara Thrace]], [[Sharon Agathon]], [[Samuel Anders]] and [[Jean Barolay]], Natalie is reluctant to take Thrace to the [[Hybrid]], but ultimately agrees as they need the Colonials' help. When a Six—who had been drowned by Barolay on [[New Caprica]] and suffered resulting emotional trauma, despite aid from Natalie after the Six's resurrection—kills Barolay, Natalie kills the Six to appease the Colonials need for "justice", thus defusing a potentially explosive situation; the Six herself cannot resurrect, as the Resurrection Ship is still out of range.

Later, Natalie overhears the [[Hybrid utterances#Dying Hybrid|Hybrid's message]] to Thrace and she is further convinced that the Threes must be unboxed, for the Hybrid claims that she alone knows the faces of the Final Five. After helping comfort a mortally wounded Eight, she leaves the Hybrid chamber to execute the jump, thus allowing her basestar to meet up with the ''Demetrius'' ([[Faith]]).

Later, After she attempts to help an eight who was shot by a Centurion Natalie overhears the [[Hybrid utterances#Dying Hybrid|Hybrid's message]] to Thrace about the five five and d'anna  she is further convinced that the D'anna must be unboxed, for the Hybrid claims that she alone knows the faces of the Final Five. After the death of the eight Natalie leaves to jump the baseship to meet up with the "Demetrius".([[Faith]]).
Upon returning to the Fleet with the ''Demetrius'', she speaks with Admiral Adama and President Roslin to explain the events and goals of the Cylon rebellion and to garner support by the Colonials to find the Final Five. She also reveals information about the Cylon [[Resurrection Hub]] and its significance, as well as the reason for the withdrawal at the [[Ionian nebula]]. Afterward, she returns to the her basestar and expresses her fear that the humans will not allow them to have the Final Five and go their own way to a Two and an Eight and proposes that they take hostage as insurance after destroying the hub.

Natalie's faction returns to the fleet with the "Demetrius", a meeting is made so she can speak with Admiral Adama and President Roslin to explain the events and goals of the Cylon rebellion and to garner support by the Colonials to find the Final Five, She explains that the factions separated by model, as well as the events leading up to the start of the Civil War. She also reveals information about the Cylon [[Resurrection Hub]] explaining that without it every cylon will lose their ability to resurrect as it maintains the functions of every resurrection ship, She further explains that the raiders sensed the final five in the fleet leading them to disobey orders and return from their attack in the [[Ionian nebula]]. Admiral adama asks her to give him the location of the Ressurection Hub, She disagree"s stating that she agreed to take them their, as she is being pulled out she ask if she can trust adama's word, he nods and she decides to give him the coordinate's only if adama agrees that once they get the five they can leave. Natalie returns to  her basestar and expresses her fear that the humans will not allow them to have the Final Five and go their own way to a Two and an Eight and proposes that they take hostage as insurance after destroying the hub, the others reluctantly agree.
After speaking to the [[Quorum of Twelve (RDM)|Quorum of Twelve]] to assuage their fears about the alliance, she reflects on her experience on ''[[Colonial One]]'' and feels remorse for their deception to the humans, compelled to tell the humans the truth to rectify the situation. The other Cylons protest and send her to speak with Adama to stall for time as the Two works to stop the Centurions from taking hostages as planned. When she arrives on ''Galactica'', she encounters [[Hera Agathon|Hera]] in a corridor. Sharon Agathon, distressed over the visions she has been having and Hera's recent obsession with the Sixes, shoots Natalie out of fear that she will take her child away ([[Guess What's Coming to Dinner?]]).

Natalie is later allowed to speak to the  [[Quorum of Twelve (RDM)|Quorum of Twelve]] personally to assuage their fears about the alliance against their stern stares, Later, on the basestar she begins to doubt her previous orders for insurance after the destruction of the hub, explaining to the two and the eight of the stares given to her by the Quorum of Twelve, she is compelled to tell the humans the truth, but the eight objects explaining that the humans would never trust them if she tells them the truth, the two also backs eight up telling natalie to that the centurions are already in agreement to take hostages, instead the two tells natalie to speak to adama to stall for time.  When she arrives on ''Galactica'', Natalie encounters [[Hera Agathon|Hera]] in a corridor. Sharon Agathon, distressed over the visions she has been having and Hera's recent obsession with the Sixes, shoots Natalie out of fear that she will take her child away twice in the abdomen. ([[Guess What's Coming to Dinner?]]).
She is taken to ''Galactica''<nowiki>'</nowiki>s infirmary where Doctor [[Cottle]] tries to save her life. During that time, she [[projection|projects]] herself into a sunny forest. However, she succumbs to her wounds and dies with Cottle holding her hand. *Natalie can be seem as a particular variant of the number six model similar to Sharon Agathon, although she shares some similarites to her model, she still possessed a more assertive nature.
*it seems ironic to how the death of natalie paralleled the death of the sister six she killed, both were killed by gunshot wounds, the six barloey had killed threw the back of the neck and natalie in the abdomen.
*to note the hybrid speaks of natalie's death stating, that "the six is back in the stream." and as well "the six that went among the makers is no longer."

Natalie is a Number Six copy who leads a rebel faction advocating the search for the Final Five Cylons, believing that they have answers about the Cylons' origins and their place in the universe.

After the Raiders abort the Battle of the Ionian Nebula Natalie, a Number Two and a Number Eight approach Cavil with the suggestion, that the Final Five are with the humans in the refugee fleet. This is fully declined by Cavil. He suggests that only the Raiders are a problem, because they extended their original programming and now violate their orders to fight the refugee fleet.

The faction led by Natalie loses a majority vote to prevent dumbing down the Raiders by removing some of their free will through a surgical procedure. Natalie is further dismayed that Boomer voted against her model to side with Cavil, thus further endangering the tenuous balance of the Cylon decision making process.

After a last attempt to stop the Raiders' lobotomization, she orders two Centurions into the conference room and reports to the attendant Number One, Number Four and Number Five copies that her faction removed the telencephalic inhibitors, which prevent the Centurions from using their higher cognitive functions. The Centurions open fire and kill everyone supporting Number One (Six of One).

Natalie and two Number Eights meet with the resurrected Cavil to discuss the terms of ending the conflict. Cavil agrees to stop lobotomizing Raiders and to air Natalie's proposal to unbox the Number Three line before his compatriots. Later, Cavil informs Natalie's faction that their terms have been agreed to, and the fleet will jump to the nearest server to learn what the resurrected Threes know about the Final Five. This turns out to be a trap. The Resurrection Ship does not jump to the rendezvous point, and Cavil's baseships open fire on Natalie's fleet, inflicting heavy damage (The Ties That Bind), with Natalie's basestar being the only surviving ship from this engagement, however the ship's FTL drive is damaged beyond repair ("The Road Less Traveled", "Faith").

When Conoy returns with Kara Thrace, Sharon Agathon, Samuel Anders and Jean Barolay, Natalie is reluctant to take Thrace to the Hybrid, but ultimately agrees as they need the Colonials' help. When a Six—who had been drowned by Barolay on New Caprica and suffered resulting emotional trauma, despite aid from Natalie after the Six's resurrection—kills Barolay, Natalie kills the Six to appease the Colonials need for "justice", thus defusing a potentially explosive situation; the Six herself cannot resurrect, as the Resurrection Ship is still out of range.

Later, Natalie overhears the Hybrid's message to Thrace and she is further convinced that the Threes must be unboxed, for the Hybrid claims that she alone knows the faces of the Final Five. After helping comfort a mortally wounded Eight, she leaves the Hybrid chamber to execute the jump, thus allowing her basestar to meet up with the Demetrius (Faith).

Upon returning to the Fleet with the Demetrius, she speaks with Admiral Adama and President Roslin to explain the events and goals of the Cylon rebellion and to garner support by the Colonials to find the Final Five. She also reveals information about the Cylon Resurrection Hub and its significance, as well as the reason for the withdrawal at the Ionian nebula. Afterward, she returns to the her basestar and expresses her fear that the humans will not allow them to have the Final Five and go their own way to a Two and an Eight and proposes that they take hostage as insurance after destroying the hub.

When she arrives on Galactica, she encounters Hera in a corridor. Sharon Agathon, distressed over the visions she has been having and Hera's recent obsession with the Sixes, shoots Natalie out of fear that she will take her child away (Guess What's Coming to Dinner?).

She is taken to Galactica's infirmary where Doctor Cottle tries to save her life. During that time, she projects herself into a sunny forest. However, she succumbs to her wounds and dies with Cottle holding her hand. Her last sight is of Cottle's masked face fading into white. With no Resurrection Ship nearby and the Resurrection Hub destroyed soon after, her death was permanent (Sine Qua Non).

A couple of weeks later, a couple of Cylons visit the Memorial hallway aboard Galactica, and an image of Natalie can be seen among several other images of fallen Cylons.

Notes

  • The name "Natalie" stems from the Latin natalis (birthday), which could be a hint that she plays a significant role in the evolution of the Cylon culture.
  • Similar to Gina prior to "Razor", Natalie was first named in interviews. On screen her name is only mentioned after in the episode "The Hub", after her death.
  • Exactly why she carries the name Natalie has yet to be revealed. In the past, names given to humanoid Cylons have been used in infiltration missions (i.e. Gina, Cavil, etc.), which suggests this Six must have been involved in such an endeavour and used the name Natalie.
