Devos is a resistance fighter serving on Alexa Flores' Twilight Command.

Prior to the Fall of the Twelve Colonies, Devos' occupation was that of a spy for the Colonial government, and thus uncovered the Cylons' plans and went to his leadership with this information, only to be dismissed out of hand. Or so he claims to Tyrol later on (Battlestar Galactica: Twilight Command 3).

Twenty-two days prior to the discovery of New Caprica, he participates in the reconstituted Twilight Command's operation to steal a Raptor from Galactica, and is subsequently imprisoned after that operation was thwarted (Battlestar Galactica: Twilight Command 2).

Along with the other members of the new Twilight Command, he settles New Caprica and, one year later, is swept up in their own resistance cell fighting the Cylons for their own survival (Battlestar Galactica: Twilight Command 1).

He does not see eye-to-eye with Flores, but agrees with her that "there's no greater good," and often is at odds with Tomlin, the lone survivor from the original Twilight Command (Battlestar Galactica: Twilight Command 2).

After Flores destroys Cavil's Centurion factory, Devos tells Tyrol of his belief that William Adama will return to rescue them, as he knows good leaders and that's what a good leader would do (Battlestar Galactica: Twilight Command 5).
