Commander Flores is the leader of Twilight Command.

Not much is initially known about Flores, outside of the fact that she served in the Colonial Fleet and did not see eye-to-eye with William Adama's approach to keeping the survivors alive with "false hope" (Battlestar Galactica: Twilight Command 1).
