Dynamite Entertainment comics

There are at least three variations of this character within the Dynamite Entertainment comics sagas, including:

• Barkol, an Imperious Leader from the Battlestar Galactica: Cylon Apocalypse series;
• Imperious Leader, a battlestar commander in an alternate reality;
• Imperious Leader, a title Baltar gives himself in the Steampunk Battlestar Galactica 1880 series.

Imperious Leader commands the "destruction of the life form known as man" their trap at Cimtar is sprung (Annihilation!).
