Shuttle Alpha is a Galactica shuttle that transports Doctor Wilker to the alien derelict mothership.

The ship is piloted by Captain Apollo and Lieutenant Starbuck (^{(Comics: Prison of Souls, Part 1)}), and is responsible for returning a Somnian-possessed Wilker to Galactica (^{(Comics: Prison of Souls, Part 2)}).
