Tassos is a black market merchant on Rising Star.

He has a ring featuring rare Geminese sapphires that Starbuck is interested in buying, so much so that he is willing to part with his three cases of soil-grown mushies.

However, as Tassos jibes Starbuck for his unusual courting behavior, particularly in the interests of Cassiopeia, Starbuck forces Tassos to greatly reduce the bartering price under pain of a bruising (^{(Comics: Battlestar Galactica: Cylon Apocalypse #3)}).
