Walker, also known as "Baby Walker", is the youngest of Sarah Fowler's children who are unable to live on Terra due to its atmospheric pressures. He has to remain on Paradeen or similar planets for the rest of his life.

The baby is in the house when Commandant Leiter of the Eastern Alliance and his men demand to know where the two advanced Viper craft and its pilots are. The child is used as leverage against Sarah ^{(TOS: "Greetings From Earth")}.
