Flight Corporal Rigel is a Colonial Core Command operative on battlestar Galactica. Rigel is noted for being a professional woman who approaches her responsibilities with enthusiasm.

Sometime in 7348, she enters the officer candidate program during the Fleet's transit through the Empyrean Expanse (Battlestar Galactica Classic #0#3).

She is present during the events leading up to and following entry into a black hole, as well as the battle between the Meclons and the combined Cylon and Colonial Fleet (Battlestar Galactica: Folly of the Gods).
