Romo is a Council Member on the Quorum of Twelve in 7346.

President Adar asks Romo to remove Adama from the council chambers after Apollo frees Starbuck from the Aerian Administration Hub. Adama tells Romo to be wary of Osiris (Battlestar Galactica: Starbuck 3).

After acquiring evidence of Osiris's complicity with the Cylons, Adama reaches out to Romo to request an audience with the Quorum (Battlestar Galactica: Starbuck 4).
