Viper 289 is a Viper Mark II spacefighter scrapped by CPO Galen Tyrol at the beginning of the episode "Flight of the Phoenix".
Notes
- This was not Viper 591, which Louanne "Kat" Katraine crashed in the previous episode.
- The chassis of Viper 289 or a similarly scrapped Viper was recycled into a decoration hanging from the ceiling of Joe's bar on Galactica’s flight deck.
