Viper 289 (Flight of the Phoenix)

Viper 289 is a Viper Mark II spacefighter scrapped by Chief Tyrol because it is unrepairable -- although other Vipers that are seemingly far more damaged have been restored before. Its parts are subsequently used for to repair and maintain other Vipers (Flight of the Phoenix).
