Donner is an Eastern Alliance enforcer that lands on Paradeen to capture the pilots of the Vipers. He is subsequently captured and processed to The Fleet's Prison Barge (Greetings from Earth). He later escapes with the rest of the Alliance enforcers and the three Borellian Nomen, sans Baltar, who masterminds the escape (Baltar's Escape).
