Tanya is the daughter of Robber and Slayer. Tanya was born on Proteus and became the impetus for their escape. She carries around a rag-tag doll, evidently fabricated sometime after the escape, or handed down by Slayer (or even Robber).

Along with her parents, she becomes a member of the Fleet (The Long Patrol).

• There are no credits for the actress that portrayed Tanya in either beginning or ending credits. It is likely that she was either related to one of the cast or crew; a similar scenario occurred with the episode, "Greetings from Earth" (where the children were portrayed by Larson's children and Greene's child).
