Siress Blassie is a fairly affluent, older single female on the Fleet's Senior Ship who is charmed by Chameleon. She is apparently quite fond of the man, offering him money for Rising Star's chanceries. Chameleon manages to escape from Blassie's clutches, and also certain death by the three Borellian Nomen who are on a blood hunt for him.

After the Nomen are dealt with, it is apparent that she likes him enough to finance his "rehabilitation" upon discovering his whereabouts, which is so ordered by Commander Adama ^{(TOS: "The Man with Nine Lives")}.
