Charlie Connor is one of Samuel Anders' resistance fighters. He is present at the meeting with Sharon "Athena" Agathon at Breeders Canyon and later takes part in the attack on the New Caprica Detention Center (TRS: "Exodus, Part II").

He lost his seven year old son Kevin during the temple raids on New Caprica. Back on Galactica, he is part of a tribunal authorized by Tom Zarek to sentence and execute collaborators, in which he is the least scrupulous members, at one time advocating summary executions. (TRS: "Collaborators")

Connor remains aboard Galactica after the members of Camp Oil Slick are repatriated to their ships. He is seen serving drinks in Joe's bar (TRS: "The Woman King", "Crossroads, Part I").

After the Battle of the Ionian Nebula, Connor (sporting a new hair cut) and his friend Shaunt, discover that a covered Baltar is being escorted to another part of the ship. With the intent of exacting revenge for his son's death at the hands of "Baltar's police," he strikes up a chat with a newly-shaven Baltar in the officer's head. After the seemingly friendly little chat turns sour, Connor and Shaunt attempt to kill Baltar with a shaving knife. However, Paulla Schaffer, a Baltar cultist, manages to overpower Shaunt and fends off the attackers, beating both Connor and Shaunt savagely before Baltar stops her (TRS: "He That Believeth in Me").

Later on, Connor joins in Gaeta's Mutiny, distributing firearms and leading the team that takes control of the flight deck. He proves to be rather fanatical and tries to murder Apollo who is only saved by the intervention of Starbuck. His fate is unknown, but he was likely imprisoned after the mutiny was over if he survived (TRS: "The Oath").
