Francis, called Frankie by Joseph Adama, is a member of the Ha'la'tha on Caprica circa 58 BCH (42YR).
He is present at Goldie's in Caprica City when Sam Adama bonds with young Willie Adama in the wake of the Maglev 23 bombing, telling Willie to "get a haircut" (CAP: "Reins of a Waterfall").
Later, Francis is sent to kill Joseph Adama in his Little Tauron home, after the Adama brothers conspire to betray the Guatrau and ship Cylons to Tauron. Being welcomed into Adama's apartment, Francis attacks Joseph behind, attempting to garrote him.
