Additional Information | |||
The Adriatic is the first ship in The Fleet other than Galactica and Pegasus that is known to viewers to have weapons. It is armed with ship-to-ship missiles of a limited range. Its class is unknown.
This ship, or at least a majority of her crew, were part of Roslin's fleet.
It was in weapon's range of Kara Thrace and her party's stolen Cylon Heavy Raider when it returned from Caprica, though it did not fire (Home, Part I).
Notes
The name of the Adriatic is yet another naming anomaly, as it appears to be named after the Adriatic Sea, an arm of the Mediterranean Sea that seprates Italy from the Balkan peninsula on Earth.
