A year prior to the Lev attack, she interviewed Ben Stark when he was found violating curfew laws and carrying explosives (which he claimed was for model rockets). She accidentally recorded the tape under Starke and released him.
A year later, the tape resurfaced, and Gara Singh was upset, both that she'd let Stark go, and that she hadn't destroyed the tape.
