Lilly is a member of the Cult of Baltar.
After an attack on the commune by members of the Sons of Ares, Lilly is seen by Gaius Baltar praying to Asclepius. She is later present when Baltar makes his grandiose speech to his followers for accepting themselves for who they are (TRS: "Escape Velocity").
