Baltar, traitor to the human race, is humanely exiled on a habitable world ((Comics: Classic Battlestar Galactica Vol. 3 #2)) per the arrangement Adama made with Baltar for his assistance in the Battle at Galaxy's Edge (TOS: "The Hand of God").
