An unnamed Caprica Judge[1] oversees the trial[2] of a Ha'la'tha member who remains unnamed. At the pre-trial hearing, Joseph Adama is able to get his defendant to plead guilty and the judge sets bail, over the objections of the unnamed Caprica prosecutor in the case.
Sam Adama later provides the money to the elder Adama to cover both the bail and the bribe for this judge (CAP: "Pilot"), as is common in such cases where Ha'la'tha members are involved (CAP: "Reins of a Waterfall").
