During Willie Adama's truancy at Goldie's Off Track Betting, Dave teaches him Triad, affectionately noting that the "little bastard" was already learning to cheat. Following Willie's death, he lends his support to Joseph and Sam Adama when they seek retribution against the Guatrau ^{(CAP: "Apotheosis")}.
