Naylin Stans is a representative of the large-scale teachers' strike on Caprica who met with Laura Roslin the day before the Fall of the Twelve Colonies. Through meeting with him, Roslin struck a deal with the striking teachers, in defiance of President Richard Adar (TRS: "Epiphanies").
