Reza Chronides is a representative to the Quorum of Twelve of one of the Twelve Colonies during the second Roslin administration. It is unknown which colony she represents - it is either Virgon, Aquarion, Scorpia, Leonis or Canceron (TRS: "The Ties That Bind").

When the Quorum debates whether or not to grant Gaius Baltar's cult religious freedoms, she points out that their practices are not too different from Mithraism, a minority religion in the Twelve Colonies (TRS: "Escape Velocity").

During Quorum meetings after president Laura Roslin's disappearance from the Fleet on a Cylon baseship she is replaced as Quorum delegate by another woman (TRS: "Sine Qua Non"). This replacement is only temporary as she returns to her post (TRS: "A Disquiet Follows My Soul", "The Oath")

Later, after Lieutenant Felix Gaeta and Zarek stage a mutiny aboard Galactica and Zarek turns to the Quorum for support, the Quorum rebuffs him. Zarek leaves the room and orders the marines outside the door to execute all Quorum members present (TRS: "Blood on the Scales").
