Reza Chronides is a representative to the Quorum of Twelve of one of the Twelve Colonies following the Second Exodus circa 4 ACH (2003BYR) (TRS: "The Ties That Bind").
When the Quorum debates whether or not to grant Gaius Baltar's cult religious freedoms, she points out that their practices are not too different from Mithraism, a minority religion in the Twelve Colonies (TRS: "Escape Velocity").
During Quorum meetings after president Laura Roslin's disappearance from the Fleet on a Cylon baseship she is replaced as Quorum delegate by another woman, perhaps her protege (TRS: "Sine Qua Non"). This replacement is only temporary as she returns to her post (TRS: "A Disquiet Follows My Soul", "The Oath").
When Lieutenant Felix Gaeta and Zarek stage a mutiny aboard Galactica, Zarek turns to the Quorum for support, but the Quorum rebukes him. Zarek leaves the room and orders the marines outside the room to execute all Quorum members present (TRS: "Blood on the Scales").
Chronides is the final representative to her colony as the Quorum is replaced with the Quorum of Ships' Captains (TRS: "Islanded in a Stream of Stars").
