Milo is a boy nearly 12-years of age who works aboard the Daru Mozu. It is inferred that he is the son of a worker on this refinery ship.

He helps in sabotaging the refinery ship by hiding pressure relief seals vital to the processing equipment, which later turn up as a result of Cabott and Xeno Fenner's arrest (Dirty Hands).
