Howard Kim is a paramedic aboard the battlestar Galactica.
Along with fellow paramedic Layne Ishay, Kim tries to save Commander Adama's life after he suffers gunshot wounds (TRS: "Scattered"). At the time, Dr. Cottle is offship.
Kim and Ishay manage to stabilize Adama's condition long enough for Cottle to return and complete the operation (TRS: "Fragged").
