Flight Corporal Rigel was a young twenty-something, professional woman who approached her responsibilities with enthusiasm; she was mainly responsible for coordinating Viper defense and launch, as well as processing data scans from the Vipers. She was quite joyous over the female pilots' successful defense of Salik's medical shuttle (Lost Planet of the Gods), and also supplied information to Adama and Tigh concerning the Ravishol Pulsar (Gun on Ice Planet Zero)
Rigel appeared throughout the entire first and only season on Core Command.
Portrayed by Sarah Rush
