Does Grace Park really have a canadian accent to your ears? --April Arcus 04:22, 8 October 2005 (EDT)

I wrote that she has a Canadian accent for the simple fact that she IS Canadian, therefore it's ridiculous to say she has an American accent. -- Troyian 19:21, 8 October 2005 (EDT)
From a nationalistic perspective you'd be right, but Canadian English and American English are very different things, and Park's accent is clearly more American than Canadian - she exhibits none of the distinctly Canadian features such as Canadian raising or the Canadian vowel shift. If you disagree, and think her speech exhibits Canadian patterns, then by all means let me know, but it is important to distinguish between Canadian English (a specific accent) and English as spoken by Canadians, which can be of many varieties. --April Arcus 20:04, 8 October 2005 (EDT)

User Page

While you are, as always, free to do what you wish with your user page, I just thought I'd point out that it is also possible to create subpages of you user page. You've written some pretty extensive stuff, but it doesn't leave any room for a "normal" (if such a thing exists) user page. All you would need to do would be to create a User:Troyian/History (or whatever you want to call it), kind of like User:Steelviper/Ads. Just a suggestion. --Steelviper 09:23, 9 February 2007 (CST)

Since you change your user page often, and I really liked your "History of the Colonies" thing, would you allow me to put old versions of your user page in User:Troyian/History, User:Troyian/Religion, etc.? I ask you this because we at BSWiki have a policy of not touching other people's user pages. --Catrope 06:49, 24 February 2007 (CST)

History and religion are up. Whenever you change the subject of your user page, just drop me a note and I'll archive the old one for you. I've also had the boldness to add a link to a list of archived versions to your current user page, if you don't like it you're free to remove or tweak it, as it is, of course, your user page. --Catrope 06:39, 25 February 2007 (CST)
Cool! It's nice to see all that hard work preserved for folks who'd want to read it. --Steelviper 09:20, 25 February 2007 (CST)

the AND character

Can't have it in the title. Recreate please. Shane (T - C - E) 21:24, 11 March 2007 (CDT)

Cylon War

I don't have the comics. I could give it a try; however, I might not find them so interesting as The Final Five because they're not canon. -- Noneofyourbusiness 03:18, 2 June 2009 (UTC)

Not yet. -- Noneofyourbusiness 23:41, 15 June 2009 (UTC)

Battlestar Galactica: The Final Five

My local comics store should have it tomorrow or the next day. I'm itching to read and describe it. -- Noneofyourbusiness 20:35, 10 June 2009 (UTC)

Did you get my email in response to yours? -- Noneofyourbusiness 14:55, 14 June 2009 (UTC)

Thank you. I did not receive your email with that link. -- Noneofyourbusiness 19:22, 14 June 2009 (UTC)

It reads perfectly, now. I'm glad I asked. Thanks, again. -- Noneofyourbusiness 20:03, 14 June 2009 (UTC)

'Tis done. More or less. -- Noneofyourbusiness 00:00, 15 June 2009 (UTC)

The last issue is supposed to come out today, but my local comic store doesn't have it yet. What about yours? -- Noneofyourbusiness 15:15, 1 July 2009 (UTC)

Thank you! -- Noneofyourbusiness 14:35, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
