Val Chambers is the Minister of Defense of Caprica 58 years before the Fall of the Twelve Colonies. He dislikes Taurons and made it clear to Joseph Adams during a meeting. He was later killed by Sam Adama in his sleep when Adama slit his throat and stabbed him a few times.
He was succeeded by Joan Leyte as Minister of Defence for Caprica.
