Brace is a member of the Nationalist Security force who apprehends Apollo, presuming him to be Terra's Col. Charlie Watts. He is ordered by President Arends' assistant, Moore, to imprison anyone who talks to "Charlie" or knows of "Charlie's" return to Terra -- essentially Brenda and her Nationalist father, General Maxwell along with the General's aide, Stone (Experiment in Terra).
