A member of the Nationalist Security force who apprehended Apollo, presuming him to be Terra's Col. Charlie Watts. He was ordered by President Arends' assistant, Moore, to imprison anyone who talked to "Charlie" or talked of "Charlie's" return to Terra -- essentially Brenda and her Nationalist father, General Maxwell along with the General's aide, Stone.
