A certified life-sciences practitioner attached to Battlestar Galactica, presumably under Doctor Salik's leadership. He repairs Cassiopeia's arm injuries, at the request of Starbuck (Saga of a Star World).

John Fink was supposed to have much more time in the premiere, however more than 90% of his scenes were cut -- his appearance was reduced to nothing more than fixing up Cassiopeia's arm.
