Doctor Horning was a Terra Nationalist officer with a medical and, evidently, a technological doctorate. He examined Apollo and the equipment he carried when apprehended by officer Brace. He pronounced Apollo fit and tried to make sense of the Colonial equipment. He was confused by the queries from Starbuck for Apollo he had heard over Apollo's communicator, both of whom later retrieved the equipment from Horning's examination room (Experiment in Terra).
He was portrayed by Ken Lynch.
