Elias is a man that bribed Flight Sergeant Ortega in order to escape with The Fleet, although the Warrior continued to blackmail him. Elias, like Riftis (alias: Chella) and Karibdis (alias: Pallon), were suspects in the murder of Flight Sergeant Ortega.
